By submitting this application, I agree, certify, and authorize the following:
Accuracy. The information I've provided is true, accurate, and complete, and I am at least 18. Providing false information may result in denial.
Authorization. I authorize ML Auto Leasing Inc to submit my application and information to dealerships and lenders to arrange the financing or lease I've requested, and I authorize those dealerships and lenders to obtain consumer (credit) reports and verify my information.
Electronic communications. I consent to receive all disclosures, notices, and agreements electronically and to do business electronically. I may request paper copies or withdraw consent at Info@MLAutoLeasing.com, and I'll keep my contact information current.
Contact about my request. ML Auto Leasing Inc and the dealerships it works with may contact me by phone, email, and text about my request, including by automated technology.
Delivery (if I choose it). I authorize ML Auto Leasing Inc, the dealership or lender, and their carriers to arrange delivery to the location I designate. The vehicle is sold or leased by the dealership, not by ML Auto Leasing Inc. I will inspect the vehicle at delivery, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, ML Auto Leasing Inc is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in third-party transport.
No guarantee. Submitting does not guarantee approval; rates, terms, and vehicle availability are determined by the dealership or lender.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you — including from your application and from a consumer reporting agency — to arrange the financing or lease you request, and we share it with dealerships and lenders for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
