This Privacy Policy explains how ML Auto Leasing Inc (“ML Auto Leasing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private automotive brokerage located in New York, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit mlautoleasing.com/ (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us.

When you complete our quote/qualification form or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- Identifying and contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Vehicle and financing preferences — your purchase or lease timeline, budget range, vehicle of interest, and similar preferences.
- Self-reported credit range — on the Site’s quote form, a general credit-tier selection you choose from a list (for example, “Good,” “Fair”). We use this to understand which financing options may fit your situation.
- Credit application information — if you choose to proceed toward a lease or purchase, we collect the information needed to prepare a credit application. This may include your date of birth, residential address, employment and income information, and Social Security number. This information is used to prepare and submit your credit application to dealerships, who in turn submit it to lenders (see Section 4).
- Any other details you choose to provide in free-text fields, messages, or during a call.
Because we handle credit application information to help arrange financing, some of our activities may be subject to financial-privacy laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and time spent on the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device to run the Site, remember preferences, and measure performance. See Section 6 (Cookies & Tracking).

- Connect you with dealerships, lenders, or financing partners where relevant to your request;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- Send you marketing or promotional communications, where permitted (you can opt out at any time);
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How We Share Your Information
Because we operate as an automotive brokerage, connecting you with third parties is central to the service you request. We may share your information with:
- Dealerships — we submit your credit application and related information to dealerships so they can arrange the vehicle and financing you’re interested in. Those dealerships in turn submit your application to lenders and financial institutions for credit review and approval.
- Service providers — companies that support our business, such as website hosting, form/CRM software, email delivery, and analytics/advertising providers (including Google and Meta), who may only use the information to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ML Auto Leasing, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Once your information is submitted to a dealership or lender, that party’s own privacy policy and practices govern how they use it, and we do not control what they do with it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We are compensated through a commission earned when a deal closes and the vehicle is delivered — not for submitting your application or in exchange for your data itself.
5. Calls, Text Messages & Email
By providing your phone number and submitting our form, you consent to being contacted by ML Auto Leasing and, where applicable, the dealerships we work with, by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding your request — including through automated technology. Consent to receive marketing texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
- To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
– Essential cookies — required for the Site to function.
– Analytics cookies — help us measure and improve the Site (e.g., Google Analytics).
